The waiters or the owner of this restaurant were clearly not happy with us using the 50% discount from The Fork, or with us not ordering any drinks. Their service towards our table was noticeably different from that of other customers. The discount they offered also came with undisclosed restrictions: each person had to order an appetizer and a main course, and ordering sides or naans does not count. However, more importantly, it looks like our questions irritated the owners or waiters. The food is not bad, but the experience is exceptionally bad, which I regret from having a dinner with one if my best friends in this restaurant.

The Brasserie is well worth a visit. As a couple who have rarely tried Indian cuisine our enjoyable menu choices were guided by helpful, friendly and understanding staff. Our meal was full of flavour while being thoughtfully tempered to suit our palettes.

I had an absolutely delightful dinner at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the Chicken Tikka, Palak Paneer (creamy spinach with cheese), and garlic naan bread—all of which were simply outstanding. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary salad, which added a lovely touch to the meal. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I had a wonderful time dining here. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

We searched on Trip Advisor to find an Indian on Brick Lane and saw this was close by and had good ratings. Very pleased with the food. It was tasty, decent sized portions and the service was good. The prices are very high but we booked through Trip Advisor, The Fork bookings and got a 50% discount off food items. We would not have paid the menu prices. Was surprised to read the negative reviews about service etc, we experienced good service.

The food was very good and we left hardly any. However the papadums were cooked in rancid oil and we only ate them because we were starving and the sauces helped. We have found this often in Indian restaurants and I'm sorry but it's not good enough.
